Sales Executives

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for account management and identification of new accounts.
  • Act as the primary sales and accounts management professional and maintain close relationship with customers.
  • Submit sales funnel reports and update CRM sales opportunities on biweekly basis
  • To work closely with company’s application specialists for technology transfer and application support to customers.
  • To organize and conduct regular scientific seminars and workshop on for the company.
  • To review prospects, evaluate competition, review products, plan promotional mailers, discuss progress towards sales targets and generally to keep the company informed of industry’s happenings.
  • Responsible for achieving sales target and revenue growth of assigned accounts in Malaysia.
  • Market and promote products and solution offered by the company to life science/biotechnology researchers.
Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Biology, BioTechnology or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Fresh graduates with exceptional skills will be considered.
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Field Application Specialist

Responsibilities

    • To manage custom genomics projects (for Nanostring, NGS, and microarray)
    • To plan and perform wet-lab experiments at customer’s site and work closely with application team to analyze experimental results using bioinformatics tools.
    • To work closely with sales team in developing and implementing marketing programs for genomics and microarray product, including organizing and conducting regular genomics seminars and scientific workshop.
    • Responsible for technology transfer and application/ technical support to customers.
    • To respond to service call and technical troubleshooting on-site and update CRM system of the progress and recommend any corrective action and follow-up
    • To handle customer relationships and ensuring achievement of sales target
    • To assist sales team with product sales and technical advice when required.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Biology, BioTechnology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Working experience in medical diagnostics and ISO standard will be added advantage.
