This plot shows the signatures' association with Progression. Points show the log hazard ratios associated with unit increases in each signature. Low hazard ratios (left side) indicate an association with longer survival. Lines show 95% confidence intervals. Any score whose confidence interval contains zero is not statistically significant. Larger boxes also show statistically significant results.

Kaplan Meier curve
Curves show the proportion of patient surviving at each timepoint. Patients are stratified by score quantiles. Shaded areas show 95% confidence intervals.
Swimmer plot
Each point shows a single patient. Vertical position shows signature score; horizontal position shows follow-up time. Point type denotes whether the patient's follow-up ended with an event (e.g. death or progression) or with censoring (lost to follow-up without any events observed).
