Genomax provides a range of technology solutions in understanding the complexity of transcriptome regulation such RNA sequencing, microarray, digital gene expression and antibody array.
RNA Sequencing
Molecular Genomics’s RNA Seq service focuses on a system that produces strand-specific libraries from eukaryotic RNA and is capable to capture multiple types of RNA species.
The system combines a simple and flexible workflow that utilizes ultra low input amount of total RNA input from different organisms coupled with efficient depletion of uninformative transcripts using the AnyDeplete technology. In addition to rRNA, the AnyDeplete probes can be customized to target any high-abundant transcripts from any organisms which results in lower sequencing costs, increased dynamic range and simplify data analysis.
- Ability to capture multiple species of RNAs including lncRNAs which are involved in a variety of human diseases and cancers.
- High strand specificity (99%). Suitable for different types of total RNA: fresh-frozen, FFPE, blood and more.
- Input as low as 10ng for good quality RNA.
- Unique system for globin depletion (from HBA1, HBA2, HBB, and HBD genes) in blood RNA for more efficient use of sequencing and data analysis resources.
- Optimized systems for model organisms such as human, mouse, rat, Drosophila, Arabidopsis etc.
- Local lab and support - No transportation worries!
